The policy below is applicable only to the products purchased directly from www.nvtone.com with the proof of purchase.

For the NV Tone, Inc products purchased from the other resellers, please contact the seller/authorized retailer directly.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Items purchased «on-sale»

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded at this time.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@nvtone.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will give you the tracking information once the product would be shipped, just as with the regular purchase. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost only equal to the regular purchase.
