At NV TONE, we are confident that you will be fully satisfied with the quality and sound of our products.
Each microphone is handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail to ensure you receive exactly the result you expect.
However, if for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, please review the terms below.

This policy applies only to items purchased directly from our official website www.nvtone.com with proof of purchase.
If you purchased NV TONE products from an authorized reseller, please contact them directly.

Return Period

You may return or exchange an item within 20 days from the date you received your order.
After this period, returns or exchanges are unfortunately not possible.

Return Conditions

To initiate a return:
1. Email us at info@nvtone.com, specifying your order number and the reason for your request.
2. Wait for confirmation and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging and in “as new” condition.

Important notes:
• The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Payment processing fees retained by the payment system are non-refundable.
• If the returned item has lost its original condition (damaged, missing packaging, or signs of use), NV TONE will deduct $5 to $15 to restore the complete set.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage during shipment.
To request an exchange, please email info@nvtone.com and include photos or videos confirming the issue.
After the exchange is approved, NV TONE will send you a replacement product.
Delivery times may vary depending on your region, and the buyer pays only the standard shipping cost.

Warranty

All NV TONE microphones are covered by a 12-month (1-year) warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to:
• damage caused by improper use;
• unauthorized modifications or repairs;
• cosmetic defects (scratches, scuffs, etc.).

After the warranty period expires, repair services are available at a fixed rate of $90.

Service Maintenance

We strive to ensure that every NV TONE customer enjoys stable and flawless performance of their equipment.
In practice, most microphones sent in for service turn out to be fully functional — the issue is often caused by other connected equipment.

Before sending your microphone for inspection, please make sure that:
• the cables are in good condition (try replacing or testing them with another device);
• phantom power is turned on;
• the microphone fader is raised in the mixer;
• the microphone works correctly with another amplifier or mixer (for example, at a friend’s or in a music store).

If, after these checks, the microphone still does not work and it is under warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge on the same day.
Please send the microphone with proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue after prior confirmation by email: info@nvtone.com.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Prices listed on our website do not include import duties, VAT, or local taxes that may apply in your country upon delivery.
The buyer is responsible for paying all local taxes and duties unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

For customers in the United States, an import duty of 10% of the order value is prepaid by us before shipment.
In the case of a return, this portion of the expense is non-refundable, as it has already been officially remitted to the customs authorities during export processing.

(We mention this solely for transparency — to let you know that all taxes and duties are covered by us in advance, so you don’t have to worry about any additional payments upon delivery.)

Refusal to Receive or Return of Shipment

If the parcel arrives in the destination country, but the buyer:
• refuses to pay local taxes or duties;
• ignores delivery notifications;
• fails to collect the parcel within the allowed timeframe;
• provides an incorrect address or contact details;
and as a result the parcel is returned to the sender — no refund will be issued.

This is because international express shipping for microphones costs between $29 and $45, and in such cases NV TONE incurs expenses for both outbound and return delivery, as well as for related fees (customs, VAT, brokerage, and other charges).

Although such cases are extremely rare, we kindly ask you to carefully monitor delivery notifications and collect your parcel promptly.

Lost Shipments

If your shipment is lost during transit, NV TONE will initiate an official search request with the postal or courier service.
If the parcel is not found, we will send you a new microphone at no additional cost.

Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore offer a 20-day money-back guarantee.
If you decide to return your item, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping and other mandatory fees).
You are not required to state a reason for the return, but we would appreciate your feedback — it helps us continue improving our products and service.
