Do you take orders outside of the United States?

Yes, of course! We take and ship our orders to anywhere in the world with guaranteed tracking.

We will ship your device in approximately 2-3 business days.

What delivery options are available?

We use UPS Express to the door with the required signature. This method is available for:

The delivery takes approximately 3 business days.

For the other countries, we use the priority airmail. It could be either to the door or to the closest post office depending on what method the Priority mail uses in your country. This delivery option takes approximately 7-12 business days.

Delivery to Ukraine and CIS countries is free.

Can I buy your product at the local store? Or you sell exclusively online?

We work directly with our customers. However, we do work on getting reliable dealers at the same time.


What payment system do you currently use on the website?

We use PayPal. We also requiring to have a PayPal account in order to pay for the order. The reason is that we use both the PayPal address and the delivery address left on the website for shipping. It prevents the possibility to ship the product to the incorrect address (address with typos).

It is also possible to pay with Visa, Master Card and Visa cards in Hryvnia or other currencies at the US dollar rate at the current moment of payment.

What currency do you sell in?

All prices are listed in USD.

Can I pay in the other currency? How much would the price be?

Yes, of course! We use PayPal as the payment system, which converts any currency into the USD. The price in your currency would be listed in PayPal while you pay according to the current exchange rate.
